Salon Bailey’s is a salon dedicated to transforming and inspiring all people to look and feel beautiful through the application of the latest innovations in hair products, services, and techniques.
John Bailey opened Salon Bailey’s in January 2006 with the idea to bring Madison Avenue hair services to Elm Street in Greensboro. John has accomplished that goal through a stylist assistant training program that is second to none. No one need ever worry that the person assigned to give them a hair cut or color service is not thoroughly trained. John puts them through a rigorous training program for 1 year after they arrive in his salon before allowing them to take clients for services. John and his staff travel the world throughout the year to attend advanced education opportunities and learn all of the latest techniques in hair cutting, coloring, skin care needs, and makeup application techniques.
John brought to Salon Bailey’s a passion for Special Occasion/Wedding Hair, and has inspired his staff with that same love for the craft of styling beautiful creations that help make any special occasion a memory that will last a lifetime. John believes, “If you cut and color someone’s hair in the salon and make them feel beautiful, but the client can’t duplicate the same look at home, then that’s not the definition of customer success.” Therefore, he and his staff spend lots of time with their clients, listening to their wants and needs and teaching them how to recreate the look that they achieve in the salon at their own home.
